About the Role
- Uncover and solve revenue blockers to drive customer expansion and retention.
- Run incremental experiments across trial, upsell, churn, and renewals.
- Combine strategic prioritization with hands-on execution using engineering and no-code tools.
- Validate hypotheses through A/B tests and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with feature squads to implement permanent product changes.
About You
- 5+ years product management experience with hands-on exposure to revenue lifecycle.
- Knowledge of SaaS or eCommerce metrics and experimentation cycles.
- Growth mindset and ability to independently work with data and tools such as CSVs, Zaps, email tools, and AI.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn simple coding (SQL, scripts, API calls) is a plus.
- Customer-centric with ability to balance financial goals and customer experience.
- Resourceful and adaptable to fast-changing market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Support the Revenue Zone experimentation practice by defining success metrics, prioritizing backlog, and aligning stakeholders.
- Own experiment hypothesis, design, and analysis with or without engineering support.
- Run experiments end-to-end and turn successful ideas into lasting improvements.
- Analyze customer feedback and engage with customers to understand why they cancel or upgrade.
- Drive cross-functional execution by coordinating with partners and anticipating risks.
