Responsibilities

  • Plan, enhance & build institutional Earn product features and benefits within the Binance Earn suite.
  • Research and develop new Institutional-level Earn & wealth management products, designed specifically for Institutional/HNW/VIP Clients.
  • Drive measurable institutional growth in TVL, client onboarding and revenue growth for Binance Earn products by combining product development, business development and go-to-market efforts.
  • Lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver product initiatives and enhancements, ensure regulatory alignment, and deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Partner closely with the VIP team & Internal BD team to identify new business opportunities, align strategies, maximize client outreach and expand client base.
  • Work with the VIP team & Internal BD team to manage relationships with institutional clients, including family offices, asset managers, and high-net-worth entities, to understand their needs and present tailored Earn solutions.
  • Identify market trends and customer pain points; provide actionable feedback to product teams to enhance Binance Earn offerings.
  • Lead institutional marketing campaigns, workshops, and webinars to educate clients on Earn products and yield strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified institutional leads and convert these into active users through strategic outreach and partnerships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with institutional clients and strategic partners.
  • Monitor KPIs such as TVL Growth & client onboarding metrics, prepare reports, and track the impact of growth initiatives to continuously improve performance.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor products, and regulatory landscape to proactively address risks and seize opportunities.
  • Be the DRP (Direct Responsible Person) or POC (Point of Contact) for institutional Earn growth initiatives and major institutional Earn partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in institutional product development, business development, sales, product growth, or wealth management, preferably within crypto, fintech, or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA, CAIA) highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of crypto products and solutions, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently to sophisticated clients.
  • Proven track record managing relationships with UHNW individuals and family offices.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Based in Asia time zone UTC 8 (Β±2) is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks related to digital assets.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset investment products, institutional client needs, and the DeFi/crypto ecosystem, especially yield, staking, structured products, lending products etc.
  • Proven track record in driving institutional client acquisition and revenue growth. Experience working with family offices, asset managers, or institutional investors is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to analyzing market trends, client porfolios, solving problems and optimizing product strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic & international environment; embraces a can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accountability – understanding that mistakes or missed handovers directly impact the business.
  • Takes full ownership of tasks and outcomesβ€”not just inputs. Self-directed with strong problem-solving skills, able to independently drive results as the DRP/POC (Direct Responsible Person / Point of Contact).
  • Openness to constructive feedback and a strong willingness to grow personally and professionally.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and proactive with a passion for the crypto space.
  • Strong passion and knowledge of crypto, DeFi, and Web3 products, platforms, and ecosystems. Familiarity with Binance Earn and the broader Binance products is required.
