Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Personal Shopping team to respond to customer requests by locating, picking, and running product across the boutique accurately and efficiently.
- Act as the first point of contact for all running requests, consistently meeting SLAs.
- Replenish all stock in line with store needs and merchandising standards in a timely manner to keep the shopfloor customer-ready at all times.
- Respond to all replenishment requests and conduct regular spot checks to maintain standards.
- Support visual merchandising of the boutique, adhering to agreed seasonal themes and activations in line with direction from the retail team.
- Ensure the retail team has full visibility of all new product as soon as it arrives in the boutique.
- Support monthly and regular boutique product refreshes from a stock perspective, working closely with a freelance visual merchandiser and the retail team.
- Support wider stockroom responsibilities, including picking and packing online orders within agreed SLAs and guidelines.
- Receive deliveries for shopfloor product and customer requests.
- Check deliveries, process physical stock, update systems, and put stock away in the correct locations.
- Manage returns of old stock back to the warehouse in line with agreed guidelines and timelines.
- Support the stockroom operations team with administrative tasks related to stockroom activity.
Requirements
- Able to manage tasks independently but also work closely to support the team building strong relationships.
- Collaborative, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities, prioritising customers at all times.
- Administrative/data entry experience in a fashion retail environment preferred.
- Experience in stockroom retail preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Able to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
- Able to problem solve and multitask.
