- Own product vision and strategy for discovery and engagement within the Influenster mobile app and web experience.
- Lead conceptualisation, development, and launch of innovative features while maintaining platform integrity.
- Take complete ownership of measurable increases in mobile app engagement and user growth.
- Influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Champion a flexible, iterative process methodology in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for key areas such as core discovery, user engagement, or creator tools.
- Evangelise product vision rooted in customer research, data analysis, and product intuition.
- Balance shipping ground-breaking products with iterative improvements.
- Lead retrospectives to continuously improve team processes.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management within consumer-facing applications, technology, or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of successfully shipping high-impact features for mobile applications.
- Experience focused on user engagement, growth, or content creation optimisation.
- Expertise working closely with engineering, product design, and data science teams.
- Strong strategic clarity and ability to translate ambiguous problems into actionable product roadmaps.
- Deep obsession with data and metrics such as DAU/MAU, conversion rates, and organic growth.
- Scale-up mentality with ownership and initiative in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated mobile app expertise with success in building engaging consumer features.
