About the Role

  • Responsible for ensuring Attentive’s reporting platform is accurate, consistent, fast, and trusted across all customer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with clients, Sales, Design, Data, and Engineering to define a clear reporting strategy.
  • Own and evolve Attentive’s Reporting suite focusing on data foundations and client experiences.
  • Improve client trust, reporting adoption, and Attentive’s ability to win and expand deals across channels.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Own the definition, alignment, and long-term health of core reporting metrics.
  • Resolve inconsistencies caused by differing data or logic and implement guardrails.
  • Partner with Data and Engineering to establish metric standards, documentation, and governance.
  • Ensure customers experience a single, trustworthy version of the truth.
  • Lead product discovery to understand pain points in reporting and analytics workflows.
  • Develop strategy to reduce manual reporting burden and unlock Revenue Organization capacity.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics enhancements from requirements through iteration.
  • Define success metrics for reporting efficiency and track improvements.
  • Build feedback loops with internal teams and customers to evolve the product continually.

Your Expertise

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience at a SaaS or data-driven company.
  • Proven experience with data-rich products and simplifying complex information.
  • Strong executor able to move from ambiguity to impact.
  • Customer-obsessed with experience turning qualitative feedback into product decisions.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Design, Data Science, Engineering, and other Product Managers.
  • Highly analytical with a track record of setting and evaluating measurable goals.
  • Excellent communicator who can align diverse stakeholders behind vision and roadmap.
  • Passionate about building reliable and trustworthy tools.
  • Bonus: Experience with marketing platforms, analytics products, or SaaS reporting tools.
