Role

• Play a pivotal role in strategy, development, and enhancement of product offerings
• Understand users and architecture, collaborate across teams to solve user problems and business challenges
• Analyze product recommendations and improve technical output and user workflows
• Form strategic vision for Data Science and Machine Learning models to improve product offerings
• Create and maintain product roadmap for future development

What You91l Do

• Gain a deep understanding of the user and buyer market
• Prioritize and evaluate research and experimentation against goals
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and identify product improvement opportunities
• Write and maintain product and technical documentation
• Define, track, and report on key success metrics for product performance
• Develop roadmap of enhancements, features, and solutions
• Identify opportunities to enable teams to move quickly by understanding constraints
• Lead cross-functional teams through product lifecycle from inception to launch
• Communicate strategic vision to stakeholders and ensure leadership alignment
• Understand experiment interactions, discern outcomes, and decide strategic path forward

What You Bring

• 2-3+ years product management experience
• Experience building scalable tools for product suites
• Ability to translate technical work into business goals and vice versa
• Experience in early-stage or fast-paced environments
• 2-3+ years healthtech experience, ideally in RCM or B2B products
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and data science
• Experience managing external and internal stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Software engineer, data engineer, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in SQL

Compensation

• $185k to $210k base plus equity
