Position Summary
- Manage the roadmap for various Apps and Solutions (A&S) customers, identifying opportunities to create new capabilities or optimize existing ones.
- Develop client relationships by offering, educating, and delivering League solutions, and advocating for client needs within League.
- Run product discovery, compile product requirements, and solicit engineering feedback to create strategic and compelling solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on League platform capabilities and promote its value to stakeholders.
- Proactively manage and prioritize the backlog of enhancements.
- Define requirements and value proposition for custom features and complex deployments.
- Monitor application performance to find opportunities to add value and exceed goals.
- Partner with Customer Success as the primary Product Management contact with customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Digital Healthcare experience; experience with the Payer market preferred.
- Exceptional client management skills ensuring accurate requirements capture, clear communication, and strong relationships.
- Expertise in balancing client requests with organizational goals.
- Expert level feature solutioning with internal stakeholder feedback.
- Experience working with large engineering teams, including System Integrators.
- Experience at a platform company or with platform implementations.
- Agile expertise.
- Commitment to fast feedback loops on product development.
- Experience working with large corporate clients and communicating with corporate leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- Ability to learn quickly and gain proficiency in new areas.
- Passionate about Generative AI and its potential to enhance product workflows and customer experience.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Work Location
- Mix of office-centric roles based in Toronto and remote-eligible roles anywhere in Canada or US.
- Toronto-area employees collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday with flexible remote days each quarter.
