Role Overview

  • Lead GrΓΌns international product strategy, compliance, and execution as company expands into new global markets.
  • Own end-to-end international product lifecycle, including local consumer needs, regulatory requirements, formulation adaptations, packaging, and market launches.
  • Serve as product and regulatory authority, partnering with R&D, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and external partners for product market launches.

Location and Work Environment

  • Global remote HQ with a preference for candidates based in or around Europe.
  • Comfortable working hours to overlap with US time zones for collaboration.
  • Fully remote, high trust environment with teammates across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Asynchronous work by default; biannual in-person offsites.

Responsibilities

  • Own international product strategy across current and future markets, including consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Lead international regulatory and compliance efforts: product registration, certifications, labeling, and regulations.
  • Manage formulation adaptations with R&D and co-manufacturers to ensure timely and compliant launches.
  • Oversee international packaging direction: artwork reviews, translations, claims validation, and regulatory sign-off.
  • Provide product expertise and guidance for cross-functional teams on decisions, tradeoffs, and feasibility.
  • Partner with Marketing on international product claims and messaging to ensure compliance and brand clarity.
  • Build and maintain operating models for integrating international product work with broader Product organization.
  • Hire, develop, and lead an international product team to support global expansion.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of product management and compliance experience.
  • 6+ years owning international product launches.
  • Experience launching food or supplement products internationally, ideally with a US-based company.
  • Deep familiarity with international regulatory frameworks for food or supplements.
  • Experience managing cross-functional launch programs involving R&D, manufacturing, compliance, and marketing.
  • Ownership of packaging and labeling compliance including claims, translations, and artwork approvals.
  • Experience working with co-manufacturers and external regulatory consultants.
  • People management experience and enthusiasm to build and scale teams.
