Responsibilities
- Be part of Americas Operations managing operational topics for the Americas market.
- Act as key contact working closely with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics partners in LatAm.
- Collaborate with global operations team to connect procedures with market insights.
- Create and optimize smooth processes from product shipment to last-mile delivery.
- Work with Customer Excellence team to address customer concerns.
- Monitor sales velocity with Americas S&OP team and provide forecasting insights.
- Oversee and analyze operational workflow to optimize procedures.
- Create strategies to automate cooperation with suppliers and warehouse partners.
- Provide support for China offline business growth involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient handling from order to cash to delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews to optimize operation cost and efficiency.
- Support multi-channel strategy for offline and online sales.
Requirements
- Graduation degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Production, or related field.
- Ideally, experience with operations, supply chain, or First Mile/Last Mile in Mexico.
- Fluent in English.
- Positive mindset for problem-solving and creative solutions.
- Enjoy teamwork and take ownership of tasks.
- Self-starter capable of working independently.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and production.
- Analytically strong with appetite for evidence-based decisions.
