Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end responsibility for one of our main metrics, driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution;
- Lead a dedicated cross-functional squad (data, design, engineering, clinical) to rapidly ideate, build, and iterate on solutions;
- Use AI as the foundation, not an add-on to reinvent how members access care;
- Drive rapid, data-informed trade-off decisions, balancing speed of iteration with quality and impact;
- Champion a holistic, member-first perspective, ensuring cohesive experiences across programs;
- Ship fast, experiment constantly, and learn quickly, proving impact every step of the way;
- Communicate progress, learnings, and strategic recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners;
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, with 3+ in product management of consumer-facing digital products, ideally in a B2C space;
- 2+ years managing cross-functional teams;
- Technical fluency to discuss deep technical topics with engineering teams;
- Bias for action: thrives in ambiguity and makes fast decisions;
- Outcome-oriented with fluency in KPIs like activation, engagement, and retention;
- User-first mindset translating complexity into intuitive experiences;
- Practical understanding of AI tools accelerating product development;
- Strong analytical mindset for data-informed, hypothesis-driven decisions;
