Key Outcomes
- Develop and execute a product strategy that addresses the unique needs of the Canadian market, supporting our targets in terms of growth (>100% yoy), member satisfaction (>4.65/5), and overall positioning as a health partner.
- Lead a cross-functional area to deliver product enhancements and new features that align with the strategic goals for Canada, demonstrating effective leadership and prioritization skills.
- Collaborate with global product areas to ensure the Canadian market benefits from global innovations, adapting them as necessary to fit local needs.
- Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and customer care teams to align go-to-market strategies and product development, ensuring a cohesive approach to market expansion in Belgium.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes, utilizing analytics to inform product strategy and measure the impact of product changes on user engagement and business metrics.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging experimentation and learning from both successes and failures.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a product-related role (Product Manager, Founder, Business strategy) with a track record of successful product launches and growth initiatives.
- A history of working on software products that delight users in a fast-paced environment from ideation to release.
- Proven experience in product management (preferably B2B scope), with a track record of successful product launches and growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
- Fluent in English and ideally in French. Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners in Canada.
- Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.
- (As a plus) Ability to work with distributed teams and coordinate efforts across different geographical locations.
