Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive overall product strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Provide visionary leadership to ensure product roadmap aligns with organization goals
  • Oversee diverse product features ensuring business success
  • Make resource allocation and project prioritization decisions
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competition
  • Define and refine product positioning and differentiation strategies
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, sales, engineering, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and manage budgets for product portfolio, maximizing financial performance
  • Drive innovation by identifying market opportunities and emerging technologies
  • Serve as voice of customer; build strong customer relationships and incorporate feedback
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and market changes
  • Oversee entire product lifecycle from ideation to retirement
  • Communicate product strategies and results to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • 1+ years of experience in iGaming with B2B Casino or aggregation
  • Deep understanding of client behavior and problem-first approach
  • Ability to identify large-scale opportunities with a team
  • Experience setting and quickly testing hypotheses before large projects
  • Technical understanding to critically evaluate engineering plans
  • Knowledge of competitors and their advantages
  • Deep expertise in subject area such as acquiring, antifraud, UX, marketing, etc.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills
  • Structured metric framework tied to long-term plans
  • Experience launching multiple large or important projects; 4+ years as PM preferred
  • Autonomous work style requiring minimal team support
  • Proactive problem resolution and anticipation of side effects across teams
  • Regular sharing of work results and research
  • High-level product thinking within team
  • Ability to mentor and lead other PMs and support teams outside own responsibility
  • Conduct interviews and serve as an understanding leader
  • Assist in organizing company processes
  • Fluency in English
