Responsibilities
- Identify gaps or opportunities in product strategy or execution and drive alignment.
- Develop strategic points of view leveraging external research and resources.
- Serve as a second set of eyes for product plans and execution reviews.
- Partner with the CPO to take ideas from concept to validation using product judgment.
- Align product organization around annual plan and drive performance with Rhythm of Business.
- Support company-level operating rhythm (board meetings, QBRs, earnings calls) with product perspective.
- Spearhead strategic explorations or initiatives from inception to execution.
- Prioritize daily action items and delegate effectively.
- Act as a communication point via multiple channels.
- Serve as the CPOβs go-to for solving critical product, business, and operational challenges.
- Anticipate and address potential roadblocks to maintain momentum.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in two or more areas: strategic consulting; product strategy & operations; chief of staff roles; financial/business analysis; product management.
- Experience at a public company with understanding of high-growth and public environment rhythms.
- Exceptional problem-solving and data synthesis to build actionable strategies.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Proven track record managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with commitment to measurable impact.
- Innovative operator using technology (AI, tooling) to improve team effectiveness.
- Strong product sense and business acumen; ability to reason about user needs, product strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
