Data Science
As one of Africaโs leading fintech lenders, M-KOPA issues millions of micro-loans to our customers every year. Each of these loans is based on a rigorous credit risk assessment. Each of these loans needs to be authoritatively tracked. The results of that tracking is aggregated into M-KOPAโs management accounting systems, continuously stress-testing and re-forecasted. These core objectives are delivered and supported by our Analytics and Data Science (ML) teams.

- Success working in a Product with ML and Analytics Engineers
- Successful collaborations with cross-functional team members
- Achievements when building B2C/B2B Products
- Experience delivering insights from a strong Analytical standpoint using modern data visualisation tools and methods
