Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and ruthlessly prioritize what we build nextβand what we sunsetβbased on company OKRs, customer outcomes, and business impact.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch.
- Define, track, and analyze product metrics to inform prioritization, measure impact, and iterate post-launch.
- Own the user experience and partner with Design to ensure usability, coherence, and experience quality, balancing user experience with technical constraints.
- Strengthen both customer and internal feedback loops, synthesizing feedback at scale and feeding learnings back into roadmap decisions.
- Write and maintain the core product specs (PRDs, one-pagers, user stories) for our first few product cycles to set the standard for the entire company.
- Live and breathe the customer's reality. Spend a third of your time in the marketβrunning discovery, joining sales calls, and working with CS to deeply understand our users' jobs-to-be-done.
- Be the connective tissue for the entire company, ensuring that Engineering, Sales, and CS are aligned around a single, unified product vision.
- Partner with Engineering to improve planning accuracy, release quality, and cycle time. You will be the one to decide what "done" means.
- Inform our GTM strategy by partnering with Marketing and Sales to translate product capabilities into clear, compelling positioning and messaging.
- Own our pricing and packaging strategy, working with Sales and Finance to optimize for both new logo acquisition and expansion revenue.
- Partner with our security and DevOps teams to ensure our product meets the highest standards of compliance, data privacy, and security, supporting SOC 2 and customer diligence.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years in Product Management, with a proven track record of shipping complex B2B SaaS products.
- Experience in data/analytics platforms is a must, preferably including segmentation, data enrichment, predictive analytics, agentic workflows, and/or other types of machine learning.
- Strong preference for candidates from nimble, scrappy environments rather than large corporate backgroundsβ¦we need builders, not maintainers.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where you've had to build process from scratch and push ahead even when things aren't 100% clear.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills e.g.,you can command a room with customers and engineers alike.
- Experience in or adjacent to regulated markets (utilities, financial services) is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of how organizations activate data segments to engage customers in changing behavior via email, sms, direct mail, and digital et al.
- A demonstrated ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams as well as customer success.
What Sets You Apart
- You have a bias toward shipping that borders on obsessiveness.
- You are a systems thinker who installs durable mechanisms, not one-offs.
- You can coordinate across multiple teams and find solutions that give stakeholders what they need to move faster.
- You are not afraid of hard conversations and can hold the line on scope and quality.
- You are a builder, not just a strategist. You get energy from being in the weeds of a problem.
- You see a fast-paced, high-growth environment not as something to avoid, but as a once-in-a-career opportunity.
- You take full ownership and don't make excuses, this means outcomes over effort.
