Position Overview
- As a Senior Product Manager within Beyond Sports, you will act as the strategic right-hand to our Head of Pillar(s), taking Beyond Sports product strategy into a world-class roadmap.
- By bridging the gap between high-level innovation and technical delivery, you’ll fundamentally influence the direction of B2B2C products that engage millions worldwide.
- You will take the broad strategic pillars defined by leadership and break them down into actionable user needs, technical constraints, and business requirements, ensuring every solution exceeds the highest standards in the sports industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Form strong, trusted relationships with client-side stakeholders, demonstrating acute knowledge of the sport, the fan, and the business.
- Work with the Head of Pillar to translate a long-term strategic vision into a concrete, phased roadmap aligning with global objectives.
- Act as the bridge between the Head of Pillar(s), Clients, and internal delivery squads, translating goals into actionable requirements.
- Leverage data-driven insights by working with Data Insights and Research teams to validate strategic bets backed by user research and market analysis.
- Mentor other members of the product or delivery team.
Key Skills Required
- Proven experience influencing senior client stakeholders and translating market trends, roadmaps, and user data into strategic recommendations.
- Ability to think strategically and shape product roadmaps using analytics, research, and business context.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager guiding complex, data-driven fan-facing products.
- Understanding of balancing Head of Pillar's and client business requirements, technical feasibility, and user experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
