Responsibilities
- Help define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, setting clear expectations for ownership, judgment, and impact
- Ensure teams deeply understand customer problems through discovery, research, and data analysis
- Own and evolve product roadmaps that balance near-term impact with long-term strategy
- Drive product decisions tied to growth, retention, adoption, and expansion metrics
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align execution and priorities
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform product direction
Desired Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including ownership of complex products
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing Product Managers
- Proven ability to translate company strategy into focused product bets and outcomes
- Strong product judgment — knowing when to explore, when to commit, and when to say no
- Hands-on experience working closely with Engineering teams in an Agile environment
- Data-driven mindset with experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions
- Experience building products for SMB and/or mid-market customers
- Familiarity with workforce management, productivity, payments, HRIS-adjacent, or platform products is a strong plus
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership, remote-first environment
