Responsibilities
- Define with the Product Management team and the VP Financial Services the short and long-term roadmap for features within your scope
- Imagine new features and evolve existing ones to improve our clients' performance
- Build and maintain market and product analyses to identify functional gaps and investments to be made
- Manage, prioritize and optimize the functional backlog for the development team
- Collect customer feedback and anticipate their future needs
Collaboration
- The Engineering Manager and development squad during design workshops
- Legal and business teams to launch the most viable solutions possible
- Data Science and Product Design teams to imagine new intelligent features and integrate them into the existing product ecosystem
- Marketing and Go To Market teams to drive launches, create and contribute to internal and external training and support materials
- Product and Recruitment teams to participate in recruiting and coaching Product Managers at Mirakl to nurture our Product culture
Requirements
- At least 5-6 years of experience in Product Management
- Experience within a SaaS software company
- Significant experience with financial products and processes such as factoring, billing/collection mechanisms, payment systems, lending platforms, embedded banking integrations
- Interest in API design and integration ecosystems
- Good sensitivity to data, design and agile topics
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisions and show autonomy and initiative
- Supports arguments with concrete facts and analyses
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Fluency in French and English
