  • Establish standards for reliability, data quality, and performance across the EHR platform.
  • Anticipate and address scale challenges as adoption, data volume, and use cases expand.
  • Manage day-to-day product relationships with EHR vendors and integration partners.
  • Coordinate certification efforts, roadmap alignment, and platform changes with external partners.
  • Represent product priorities clearly and professionally in vendor discussions.

  • Experience managing external partners in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams on API-driven, data-intensive, or infrastructure-heavy products.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and regulated systems.
  • Proven ability to balance execution rigor with longer-term platform and ecosystem thinking.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can represent product strategy internally and externally.
  • A pragmatic, decisive approach to tradeoffs across speed, quality, and strategic leverage.
