Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead high-performing account teams focused on achieving client business outcomes.
- Manage client issues, escalations, and governance rhythms, including leading Agile ceremonies and alignment sessions.
- Coach product teams on fundamentals from discovery to delivery.
- Guide teams and stakeholders in managing actionable product backlogs and prioritizing work by client value.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and process improvement across delivery engagements.
- Manage team performance, approve administrative processes, and foster trust and accountability.
- Consult on technical needs for pursuits and support client staffing and engagement ramp up.
- Elevate solutions and successes to Product Development Leaders for client showcasing.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years relevant product leadership experience launching products.
- 3 years managerial experience delivering agile products.
- 1 year consulting experience, preferably with professional services or internal consultancy.
Additional Experience Desired
- 1+ years hiring, managing, and developing individual contributors.
- Experience using metrics to inform design decisions and drive change.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally (~1-2x/year) to client locations.
- Bachelorβs degree or higher in related field beneficial but not required.
