Opportunity
- Guide the strategy for foundational technical products within the Foundations Pillar.
- Work with a team of 150+ engineers, data specialists, designers, and product managers.
- Focus initially on Platform Engineering, creating products and toolkits for internal engineers.
Responsibilities
- Develop product vision and strategy aligning with business objectives and internal user needs.
- Collaborate with DevOps, data, and software engineers to create a clear, prioritised roadmap and user stories.
- Lead product discovery and definition alongside engineering counterparts.
- Understand and address engineering and business team pain points to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Define and track success metrics to measure impact and deliver real value.
- Partner with Product Director for Foundations to align roadmap with broader organisational priorities.
- Mentor and coach team members to elevate product practices and foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Significant product management experience (around 3+ years) guiding cross-functional teams to ship software products.
- Experience working on technical products with engineers as end-users (APIs, SDKs, platforms, internal tools).
- Passion for delivering outcomes over output, using data and metrics to measure success.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles with experience in Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent relationship building and communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Curiosity about applying AI/ML to enhance developer tooling and boost productivity and velocity.
