Mission
- Own a key product track related to translation and AI-based generation of textual content supporting over 50 document formats.
- Work directly with clients to understand pain points and ensure product-market fit.
- Track usage data, define product improvement hypotheses, and plan both long-term roadmap and day-to-day work to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Act as an entrepreneur targeting breakthrough growth measured by volume of words processed through the platform.
Within 3 months, your outcomes will be
- Define a quarterly product roadmap for your technical areas and own its delivery schedule.
- Establish key performance indicators for features and improvement tracks, and be accountable for their growth.
- Own the acquisition funnel, understand primary problems, and utilize dashboards with a BI analyst to track KPIs and monitor feedback.
- Collaborate with designers and engineering leads to develop new features, conduct customer interviews, and ensure execution.
- Align with the Director of Product on strategy and establish robust product discovery and execution processes.
Requirements
- Outstanding achievement as a product manager for B2B SaaS platforms with a focus on product-led growth.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a product manager.
- Exceptional, native-level English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication skills for colleagues, customers, and partners interaction.
- Experience in document processing projects is a strong plus.
- Experience with customer-facing user interfaces in B2B or B2C products is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of modern ML/AI developments related to text processing (LLM, RAG) and technical background is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of localization industry is a strong plus.
