About the role

  • Engage hands-on to solve specific problems while maintaining strategic focus.
  • Use data and analytics to inform product decisions, understanding key SaaS benchmarks.

Skills and experience you'll need to succeed

  • Proven strong hands-on product management experience, with significant leadership roles.
  • Experience applying systems thinking to complex business challenges; portfolio management is a plus.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring product managers.
  • Strong technical understanding to engage with engineering teams.
  • Track record solving complex problems with innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work hands-on when necessary to drive product success.
  • Nice to have: Managing products at different lifecycle stages and operating in scaled organizations.
