Skills and experience you'll need to succeed
- Proven strong hands-on product management experience, with significant leadership roles.
- Experience applying systems thinking to complex business challenges; portfolio management is a plus.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring product managers.
- Strong technical understanding to engage with engineering teams.
- Track record solving complex problems with innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work hands-on when necessary to drive product success.
- Nice to have: Managing products at different lifecycle stages and operating in scaled organizations.
