Job Summary
- Measure success of products using a customer-centric approach and standardized models.

Essential Functions
- Leadership: Advocate, coach, and motivate team to develop skills and operate efficiently.
- Training & development: Support new team member training and provide necessary tools and resources.
- Process optimization: Document, standardize, and improve product management-specific operational processes cross-functionally.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate between product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success for product operations and processes.
- Project management: Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies for product operational projects ensuring on-time releases.
- Data analysis and reporting: Define, develop, and monitor key performance metrics related to operational efficiency and product performance; analyze complex datasets; present findings and recommend strategies to senior leadership.
- Financial spend and investment tracking: Track product investment spend; report variances between plans and actuals; provide continual status updates to leaders.
- Customer insights: Develop and maintain customer insights framework for actionable business and product decisions.
- Risk management: Identify risks from product operations/process KPIs and support mitigation and progress tracking.
Innovate
- Continuous improvement: Identify and leverage appropriate AI capabilities to improve and automate processes.
- Leverage AI: Promote usage of AI tools to drive organizational insights and risk visibility.
- Empower: Guide team on AI use to increase efficiency and potentially eliminate tasks.
- Product roadmap support: Assist planning and prioritization of product initiatives aligning operations with business goals.
- Stakeholder communication: Develop and distribute product-related reports, status updates, and presentations ensuring transparency and alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, Product Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years experience in product operations, product management, or related field.
- Deep data analysis, visualization, and presentation experience; familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to translate complex data into insights.
- Strong project management skills managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking skills with strategic business translation of data.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear presentation of complex information.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated collaborative leadership across teams.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and passion for data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of product analytics tools, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with agile software development.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management tools and platforms.

- Prior experience with healthcare operations is a plus.
