Position Summary
- Support delivery and evolution of client-facing digital health solutions.
- Mid-level role, developing product ownership with senior guidance.
- Work with product, engineering, design, and client teams to translate needs into product outcomes.
- Hands-on execution with exposure to strategy, client interaction, and decision-making.
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own and manage areas of product backlog for client solutions.
- Support roadmap planning with insights and delivery estimates.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and integrations.
- Communicate status, risks, and dependencies.
Client-Facing Product Support
- Support Senior Product Managers with clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in discovery sessions to understand client goals.
- Translate client requirements into user stories and success measures.
- Balance client needs with platform scalability.
Delivery & Execution
- Manage and prioritize backlog items for timely delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering and design in sprint planning and execution.
- Participate in agile ceremonies: stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
- Support release coordination, validation, and post-launch follow-up.
- Track product performance and client feedback for improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, and Sales teams for client onboarding and success.
- Partner with platform product teams for shared capability alignment.
Experience & Background
- 3–5 years of product management, business analysis, or digital product delivery experience.
- Exposure to digital healthcare products or solutions.
- Experience supporting external clients or client-facing delivery.
- Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory considerations is an asset.
- Experience with platform-based or configurable products is a plus.

- Foundation in backlog management, requirements definition, delivery support.
- Experience in agile teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to break down problems into actionable tasks.
