Role Overview
- Partner with Creative team to organize workflows and ensure efficient production.
- Manage day-to-day production tasks, asset pipelines, and cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain visibility of creative pipeline, asset status, and support AI-driven workflow improvements.
Process and Project Management
- Own end-to-end creative production workflow for UA and growth marketing assets.
- Create and maintain project plans, priorities, timelines, and sprint schedules.
- Ensure creative team understands campaign goals, briefs, delivery timelines, and expectations.
- Manage task assignment, workload balancing, and prioritization across artists and projects.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; proactively resolve issues.
- Align creative concepts with growth goals, audience insights, and platform best practices.
- Maintain all creative specifications documentation for operated channels.
- Help creative team operate with clarity, focus, and efficiency.
- Champion best practices for creative production in fast-paced mobile growth environments.
- Introduce and support AI-driven workflows to accelerate creative exploration, production, and iteration.
Production & Delivery
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
- Maintain version control, asset tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate asset needs and file organization with game teams for production consistency.
- Coordinate feedback loops between stakeholders and creative teams.
- Enforce quality standards while maintaining speed and iteration velocity.
Rituals and Coordination
- Run kickoff meetings, reviews, and post-mortems to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Run standups with the creative team to help navigate blockers and update prioritization pivots.
Vendor Management
- Support vendor communication ensuring clarity on deliverables and timelines.
- Ensure vendors have access to required materials and no blockers delay production and deliveries.
Requirements
- Experience as Producer, Creative Producer, Publishing Producer, or Marketing Producer supporting artists or creative teams.
- Strong understanding of creative pipelines, asset workflows, file management, naming conventions, and delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to create clarity and structure in dynamic environments.
- Proven ability managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Clickup, Jira, Asana, Trello, Airtable) and asset tracking systems.
- Ability to work across departments and maintain alignment between creative and game teams.
- Curiosity and openness to integrating AI tools into creative workflows.
- Comfortable operating with limited precedent, making decisions and building processes independently.
- Experience in gaming, creative agencies, or entertainment production (mobile preferred).
- Fluency in English.
