Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's product growth strategy, aligning it with business goals and market dynamics
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer insights to inform product development and expansion
- Oversee the entire customer and user lifecycle from acquisition through monetization and expansion
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and validate product initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging
- Work with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery
- Grow, manage, and mentor a team of product managers and other partners
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track product performance, adoption, and revenue growth
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in product management, growth strategy, or an equivalent field, preferably in B2B
- Proven track record of driving growth and launching new products
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, lifecycles, and go-to-market strategies
- Familiarity with B2B products, SaaS solutions, or technology-enabled products is highly desirable
- Strategic thinker able to translate market trends and insights into growth strategies
- Leadership experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence at executive level
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States without immigration sponsorship
Work Location
- This is a hybrid position located in the Bay Area with office attendance 1-3 times per week
