Job Description


We are looking for an experienced product marketer who is passionate about partnering with GTM teams to grow the B2B sales motion for Claude for Work, while also helping jumpstart several new product-led growth efforts. 

You will work cross-functionally to develop compelling messaging and materials. You will own our value proposition to the businesses, and distill complex market and technical issues into go-to-market materials and sales materials that resonate with buyers across a wide spectrum of AI knowledge. 

The ideal candidate is a data-driven storyteller who wants to build and scale our success across our sales-led and product-led efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a world-class enablement strategy and bring it to life, including new sales narratives, battle cards, prospecting guides, account planning, and more
  • Drive account-based marketing strategiesโ€”from idea to executionโ€”for our most strategic accounts with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and 6Sense
  • Conduct foundational research and strategic assessments that help us focus on the right target accounts, industries, and partnership opportunities
  • Partner with Product and Research to build a system where Sales is consistently enabled on all of the latest product updates
  • Create product launch plans and coordinate the cross-functional execution of those plans
  • Partner with Marketing and product to activate our PLG funnel across digital campaigns, our website, and in-product onboarding
  • Partner with Brand, Comms, and Marketing to ensure how we sell lines up to our corporate narrativePotentially contribute to pricing and packaging strategy


You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have 4+ years of product marketing experience, specifically in B2B and with a strong background in sales enablement
  • Are an expert storyteller and content creator, who is able to build a robust enablement program using a portfolio of sales tools and tactics
  • Have a track record of impacting sales pipeline and product signups
  • Have strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with technical teams


Sample projects:

  • Develop โ€œWhy Usโ€ sales narrative and battle cards to improve win rates against key competitors
  • Create customer-facing materials that tells the story of Claudeโ€™s different models and customization options
  • Analyze key losses and wins over past year to identify opportunities to improve sales enablement
  • Work with GTM teams and Business Operations to build real-time reporting around where we win and where to invest


Annual Salary (USD)

  • The expected salary range for this position is $240k-$300k USD.

Compensation and Benefits*

Anthropicโ€™s compensation package consists of three elements: salary, equity, and benefits. We are committed to pay fairness and aim for these three elements collectively to be highly competitive with market rates.


Equity - On top of this position's salary (listed above), equity will be a major component of the total compensation. We aim to offer higher-than-average equity compensation for a company of our size, and communicate equity amounts at the time of offer issuance.
