Position Summary

  • The Product Manager III will lead the strategy, delivery, and success of solutions aimed at a growing user segment.
  • This role requires a product leader who can combine strong collaboration and communication skills with internal stakeholders, prospects, and other product managers.
  • You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to transform user and business needs into impactful product features.
  • You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring it delivers meaningful value to customers and meets business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build, evangelize, and execute a shared vision & strategy for internal and external developer experiences.
  • Perform market assessments to keep abreast of the latest in the industry in order to benchmark and identify gaps.
  • Understand internal and external personas, discover user needs and pain points, and translate into detailed and actionable product requirements.
  • Drive product development with multiple teams of world-class engineers, designers, and product marketers.
  • Identify cross-ownership with partner teams and drive cross-org product efforts.
  • Define and analyze metrics to measure progress towards success.

Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 5+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience.
  • Direct engineering experience
  • Experience defining vision and strategy for a technical product.
  • Experience going through a full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization.
  • Experience working with APIs, SDKs, developer experience, and white label experiences.
  • A strong understanding of the developer community and a love of developer products and tools.
  • Experience driving impact through cross-functional leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Get-stuff-done attitude, great positive energy, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Influential communication skills.

  • Knowledge and Application: Complete knowledge and full understanding of areas of specialization, principles and practices within a professional discipline. Resolves and assesses a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approach. This job is a fully qualified, experienced professional, journey-level position.
  • Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Devises solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues. Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select the right course of action. Work is done independently and is reviewed at critical points.
  • Collaboration & Interaction: Enhances relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners who are not familiar with the subject matter often requiring persuasion. Adapts style to different audiences and often advises others on difficult matters.
