Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Frame real problems and find the shortest path to validating them.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative data to guide priorities.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations to ship, learn, and iterate.
- Define success metrics linked to business outcomes.
- Improve product processes via tools, habits, and feedback loops.
- Engage in shaping, testing, user communication, removing blockers, and focusing teams on impact.
Candidate Profile
- Calm in chaos, curious in uncertainty, natural mediator maintaining alignment.
- Knows when to lead and when to let others run.
- Restless learner who enjoys shaping ambiguous ideas into testable proposals.
- Prefers fast movement once clarity is achieved.

Experience
- 10+ years building and scaling digital products or systems with measurable impact, preferably in EdTech or related sectors.
- Experience running discovery, experiments, and delivery end-to-end across multiple product lines.
- Setting strategic goals and driving product delivery to achieve them.
- Comfortable working with data tools such as spreadsheets, dashboards, BI systems, or SQL.
- Strong collaboration with engineering, design, operations, sales, and growth teams.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and systems.
