Responsibilities
- Become an expert in major product elements, support Sales and Customer Success, demonstrate features, and gather user feedback.
- Drive a data-driven, analytical approach to prioritizing and refining features and enhancements.
- Set, track, and optimize success metrics to ensure deliverables are defined and measurable.
- Prioritize and organize features and technical requirements focusing on delivering customer value.
- Create, manage, and communicate a clear Product Roadmap for development, marketing, and release planning.
- Work closely with marketing and sales for effective go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers on inter-team dependencies and best practices.
- Inspire Product delivery teams with rationale and motivation to deliver the product vision.
- Develop user stories with acceptance criteria and work with agile Design and Engineering teams to realize the product vision.
- Balance technical debt, feature development, and technical prerequisite work responsibly and timely.
- Maintain strong market awareness and deep understanding of the cyber landscape.
Requirements
- Background in enterprise or SaaS technology with experience launching new tech products/solutions to market; cybersecurity experience advantageous.
- Proven ownership and accountability for product marketing with hands-on and autonomous operation.
- Comfortable engaging and negotiating with cross-cultural stakeholders, leading conversations and influencing decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment with emerging processes.
- Experience working with Product teams and incorporating customer/prospect feedback into product and roadmap planning.
- Solid foundation of technical knowledge, able to translate product specs into clear prospect messaging and sales enablement.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, risk, and channel partner experience is a plus but not essential.
- Must be based in the UK; remote and hybrid working options available.
