Responsibilities
- Drive Adoption & Activation Strategy: Stay on top of usage data, behavioural insights, and market trends to develop user onboarding and activation strategies. Define and evolve activation metrics. Identify and remove friction points.
- User-Centric Product Discovery: Engage with users to understand goals, blockers, and validate hypotheses through research and testing. Work with Design and Engineering to ship intuitive product experiences.
- Boost Engagement & Retention: Design and iterate features and nudges to increase frequency of use, habit formation, and retention.
- Champion a Product-Led Culture: Promote data-informed, experimentation-driven product development. Help other teams understand adoption and retention levers. Share insights that contribute to product-led growth.
Requirements
- Proven product management experience in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize, and bring order to chaos.
- Exceptional product sense with anticipation of edge cases and tradeoffs.
- Deep user empathy and strong UX instincts.
- Ownership and bias for action to fix issues and iterate.
- Data fluency including SQL knowledge and intuition.
- Ability to influence without authority across teams.
- Clear and efficient communication skills.
- Versatile generalist comfortable managing varied challenges.
