Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and lead a diverse team of solution-specific specialists.
- Develop and execute a unified strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Partner with GTM sales leaders to identify opportunities and ensure the team meets quotas for specialized solutions.
- Refine the sales cycle by aligning prospects with Ideal Client Profile and unified messaging.
- Oversee initiatives to increase product usage, develop technical client solutions, and drive client transaction and revenue results.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies and inform product roadmaps.
- Manage and forecast sales activity using Salesforce.
- Educate GTM teams on successful use cases, market trends, and upcoming product features.
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders and influence industry trends with value propositions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial services or fintech with leadership in sales or specialist teams.
- Deep understanding of Alternatives, financial data lakehouses, and portfolio management concepts.
- Entrepreneurial, data-driven approach to solving problems and identifying market opportunities.
- Strong communication skills to present and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
