Position Summary
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a core product area.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Build products that drive measurable business outcomes in a Series B environment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap translating company goals into clear outcomes and milestones.
- Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, and user engagement.
- Drive product delivery: write requirements, align stakeholders, and partner with teams to ship releases.
- Prioritize balancing customer value, revenue, operational needs, and technical investments.
- Define and track success metrics and iterate post-launch.
- Coordinate experiments and share learnings.
- Manage dependencies, communicate timelines, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Champion product quality and usability ensuring consistency across experiences.
Experience
- 6+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS or technology-enabled products.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery with strong bias toward action.
- Strong product judgment with ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
- Fluency with data and analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to influence without authority.
- Experience with agile development teams and modern product delivery practices.
- Comfort collaborating with distributed teams and managing cross-time-zone execution.

- Comfortable working with raw data sets to develop actionable insights.
- Ability to tell persuasive stories in digestible formats.
