Role Overview
- Own product roadmap delivery for Insightly CRM platform balancing customer, business, and technical needs
- Lead scrum teams through full product development lifecycle
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partner with UX on research, prototyping, and solution validation
- Define and track success metrics using data
- Support Product-Led Growth by improving trial activation, engagement, and conversion
- Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback from multiple channels
- Contribute to quarterly and annual planning and prioritization
Requirements
- 3-5 years product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Ability to write detailed requirements and translate business needs
- Experience with product analytics tools and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Track record of shipping products/features with measurable results
- Comfortable in fast-paced, distributed team environments
Preferred Experience
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Familiarity with Product-Led Growth and trial optimization
- Experience with B2B integrations and APIs
- Exposure to AI/ML features in enterprise software
- Background in software engineering
Work Details
- Position: Full-Time, Permanent
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (your time zone)
- Location: Remote, Canada
Compensation
- Salary range: $125,000 - $140,000 CAD base
