Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's product growth strategy aligned with business goals and market dynamics
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer insights to inform product development and expansion plans
- Oversee the entire customer and user lifecycle from acquisition to monetization and expansion
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and validate initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging
- Work with Engineering and Design teams to ensure product delivery meets quality standards and customer expectations
- Grow, manage, and mentor a team of product managers and relevant partners
- Establish key performance indicators to track product performance, adoption, and revenue growth
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, growth strategy, or related fields, preferably in a B2B company
- Proven track record of driving growth and successfully launching new products
- Understanding of product management methodologies, development lifecycles, and go-to-market strategies
- Familiarity with B2B product dynamics and SaaS or technology-enabled products is highly desirable
- Strong strategic thinking skills to translate market trends and customer insights into growth strategies
- Experienced leader with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and recommend practical actions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to executive partners and influencing decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
Additional Information
- Hybrid position located in the Bay Area with the expectation to be in office 1-3 times a week
- This role may require occasional travel for company events, team collaboration, or offsites
