Responsibilities
- Spend 60% designing frameworks and owning business outcomes; 40% validating strategies in CRM platforms.
- Design segmentation models, experimentation plans, lifecycle strategies, and measurement frameworks.
- Own revenue and retention metrics affecting business P&L.
- Partner with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams for insights and influence.
- Build hands-on campaigns in CRM tools (CleverTap/Braze) to test strategies.
- Lead growth initiatives across Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, Ghana, and South Africa.
- Create dashboards, playbooks, and processes to empower teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years in growth, product marketing, or lifecycle roles with progression to strategic ownership.
- Proven track record of owning business outcomes impacting P&L.
- Experience influencing product roadmaps, operations, and commercial strategies.
- Skilled in designing segmentation models, experimentation roadmaps, and growth playbooks.
- Hands-on execution skills with CRM platforms (e.g., CleverTap, Braze, Customer.io, HubSpot, MoEngage).
- Strong analytical approach with structured problem-solving.
