Responsibilities

  • Spend 60% designing frameworks and owning business outcomes; 40% validating strategies in CRM platforms.
  • Design segmentation models, experimentation plans, lifecycle strategies, and measurement frameworks.
  • Own revenue and retention metrics affecting business P&L.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams for insights and influence.
  • Build hands-on campaigns in CRM tools (CleverTap/Braze) to test strategies.
  • Lead growth initiatives across Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, Ghana, and South Africa.
  • Create dashboards, playbooks, and processes to empower teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in growth, product marketing, or lifecycle roles with progression to strategic ownership.
  • Proven track record of owning business outcomes impacting P&L.
  • Experience influencing product roadmaps, operations, and commercial strategies.
  • Skilled in designing segmentation models, experimentation roadmaps, and growth playbooks.
  • Hands-on execution skills with CRM platforms (e.g., CleverTap, Braze, Customer.io, HubSpot, MoEngage).
  • Strong analytical approach with structured problem-solving.
