Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end consumer funding experience across the MoonPay app, including onboarding flows, funding methods, balances, and repeat transaction journeys
• Define and execute a multi-year product strategy to make MoonPay the default funding destination for Web3 consumers globally
• Own consumer funding P and L, with direct accountability for revenue growth, adoption, and unit economics
• Set and drive against clear success metrics, including MAUs, average transaction size, ARPU, and transactions per user
• Translate company-level strategy into an executable consumer funding roadmap, balancing near term impact with long term platform bets
• Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Data to deliver cohesive, high-quality consumer experiences
• Lead user discovery, experimentation, and analysis to continuously improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value
• Influence adjacent product areas and company-wide ramp initiatives through strong product leadership and narrative, without formal authority

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, with significant experience building and scaling large consumer fintech or Web3 products
• Proven track record owning high-impact consumer products with direct accountability for revenue, growth, and adoption metrics
• Experience defining and executing multi-year product strategies in fast-moving, high-growth environments
• Deep understanding of consumer onboarding, funding flows, payments, and lifecycle engagement at scale
• Prior Web3 or crypto product experience strongly preferred, with openness to exceptional candidates from large-scale consumer fintech
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with hands-on experience using data, experimentation, and user research to drive decisions
• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without formal people management responsibility
• Comfortable operating with a broad scope, ambiguity, and end-to-end ownership as a senior individual contributor
• Highly curious and a team player
