Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year roadmap for Lyra’s Provider Ecosystem using market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research.
• Expand development of Lyra’s AI capabilities to reduce administrative overhead on providers and enhance care quality and safety.
• Drive the shift toward a state-of-the-art platform supporting complex care coordination and global access.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of product managers.
• Partner with Clinical, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to develop product plans that achieve business objectives and keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain high standards of product craft and identify tools and processes that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Define and analyze product metrics to guide decision-making and measure success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or health tech.
• 4+ years leading product managers with a proven coaching track record.
• Analytical thinking balancing short-term execution and long-term goals.
• Experience with complex platforms such as scheduling, EHR, or billing; strong interest in AI efficiency.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive-level influence.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Proactive ownership with multitasking and prioritization skills in dynamic environments.
• Passion for advancing Lyra’s mission.
• BA or BS required; MBA or equivalent professional experience preferred.
