Role Overview
- Own the strategy and roadmap for enterprise growth focused on product-led experiences that drive revenue expansion.
- Optimize self-serve expansion, in-product upsell and cross-sell, and executive/owner engagement journeys.
- Lead initiatives involving pricing, security, permissions, and governance to support scaling in large customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Platform, Security, and Product/Design teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the Enterprise Growth strategy and roadmap across trials, self-serve flows, in-product upsell/cross-sell, and expansion playbooks aligned to revenue and cross-sell goals.
- Design and optimize product-led growth loops including trials, nudges, in-app prompts, and tailored experiences.
- Lead enterprise security and permissions initiatives removing blockers to large contract expansions.
- Define and launch executive and owner overview surfaces for easy project health and usage insight.
- Understand top enterprise accounts and collaborate with Sales and RevOps to identify expansion opportunities.
- Partner with GTM/Support systems owners to ensure clean data flows and actionable signals.
- Define and own key growth and engagement metrics and use them for prioritization.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality features, run experiments, and capture learnings.
- Champion experimentation and data-driven approaches including A/B tests and cohort analyses.
- Serve as a connector across Product teams to facilitate consistent growth patterns and SKU expansions.
- Represent the voice of customers by running discovery interviews and customer engagements.
- Contribute to broader product leadership practices and mentor junior PMs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS focusing on growth, monetization, or enterprise expansion.
- Experience designing product-led growth loops and in-product cross-sell tied to revenue and engagement metrics.
- Proven use of AI/ML in product work and AI tools for discovery, analysis, and content generation.
- Comfortable with analytics and BI tools such as Mixpanel, Segment, Looker, and Salesforce.
- Experience with enterprise security, identity, and permissions systems including SSO, SCIM, and SKU entitlements.
- Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive aligned execution.
- Strong ability to translate strategy into requirements and actionable plans with success criteria.
- Customer-focused with experience running discovery and translating field learnings.
- Ability to design portfolio-level growth strategies as well as detailed journey workflows.
- Experience in construction tech, geospatial, enterprise SaaS, or similar complex products is a plus.
Work Environment
- Remote position based in the US, preferably Central Time Zone.
- Core collaboration hours aligned to US time zones with flexibility to support global members.
- Approximately 25% domestic and occasional international travel for customer visits and events.
