Role Overview
- Own vision and roadmap for Retrievals and Evaluations Team focused on AI, science, and data.
- Solve critical pain points in scaling data retrieval and evaluation across applications.
- Collaborate intensively to define the future of retrieval and evaluation capabilities.
You Will
- Develop strategy and roadmap for data retrieval and evaluation, innovating and optimizing tooling.
- Drive execution within a cross-functional product team including Design, Engineering, Science, Data, and Project Management.
- Translate customer needs into user, technical, and data requirements and iterate quickly.
- Measure and report key retrieval and evaluation metrics to internal stakeholders.
You Have
- 3+ years as a Product Manager on SaaS enterprise products with technically complex solutions.
- Preferred experience with scientifically-informed data, or information retrieval and evaluation systems.
- Strong interest in science and AI, particularly in biology.
- PhD in biology or related field, or equivalent experience is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to clarify complex domains and drive alignment across teams.
- Experience taking new features from conception through launch to adoption and retention.
- Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
- Prior enterprise client-facing experience ideal; essential experience interacting with technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills handling ambiguity and driving execution aligned to strategies.
- Data-informed decision-making with ability to identify opportunities and justify strategy from data.
