Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Embedded Payroll product including vendor selection, API integration, UX design, go-to-market strategy, and scaling.
- Manage the strategic roadmap for a multi-product Fintech infrastructure: payment acceptance, lending & capital, banking & disbursements, and managed services.
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to leverage AI for cash flow forecasting, fraud detection, and optimized collections.
- Align Fintech roadmap with broader company vision driving growth for Pest, Lawn, Janitorial and Security customers.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met while maintaining user experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience dedicated to Fintech, Payments, or Embedded Finance.
- Proven track record launching complex products such as Payroll or Banking-as-a-Service.
- Strong systems thinking to manage multi-product platforms and unified customer experience.
- Passion and understanding of financial challenges in the Field Service industry.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal.
