About the Role

  • Lead the development of AI-driven immigration technology enabling fast, compliant, and automated visa case management across U.S. and global markets.
  • Envision and execute streamlined visa case processing for employer-sponsored and standalone immigration pathways.
  • Focus on compliance, speed, and user experience.
  • Work directly with C-level executives to shape product vision, prioritize growth opportunities, and manage multiple senior stakeholder needs.
  • Deliver features that enhance global mobility, reduce processing time, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex legal and immigration frameworks (e.g., H-1B, PERM, L-1, O-1, global transfers) into intuitive, scalable platform experiences.
  • Build and launch AI-powered, automation-first features for document parsing, eligibility checks, predictive timelines, and real-time compliance tracking.
  • Deeply analyze customer needs and business problems to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
  • Develop impactful and elegant solutions rapidly to address problems and optimize user experiences.
  • Strategically shape the product roadmap for growth with a high-level perspective.
  • Take full ownership of work throughout the product development lifecycle including ideation, design, review, testing, and post-release analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Engineers, and Growth experts to execute vision and deliver results.
  • Redefine the way people work globally and contribute to innovation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of product management experience in fast-paced environments, preferably scale-ups or startups.
  • Strong expertise in products with complex compliance or regulatory considerations such as HR tech, fintech, or mobility.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision.
  • Strong product-led growth (PLG) mindset focusing on business metrics rather than individual customer problems.
  • Strong understanding of UX and UI principles ensuring seamless, intuitive experiences.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven product optimization.
  • Prior B2B experience and SEO expertise are a plus.
