Responsibilities
- Own exchange operations and performance as primary product owner for related issues, integrations, and reliability, partnering with Engineering and Programmatic stakeholders.
- Provide strategic product leadership by defining and maintaining product vision and roadmap for programmatic and exchange offerings.
- Drive monetization and exchange optimization with expertise in supply and demand dynamics, auction mechanics, pricing, formats, and partner mix.
- Own and evolve programmatic integrations across OpenRTB, Prebid (client and server), and Google Open Bidding for Web, Mobile, and CTV.
- Manage product-related partner relationships supporting SSP, DSP, and technology integrations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Drive future platform investments by evaluating industry shifts including AI-driven buying and selling protocols.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Business Development teams for alignment and execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Product Management in AdTech, with deep familiarity in programmatic advertising, SSPs, exchanges, supply and demand dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus.
- Deep familiarity with programmatic advertising standards including OpenRTB, Prebid (client- and server-side), and Google Open Bidding.
- Experience with header bidding and auction dynamics across Web, Mobile, and CTV.
- Proven track record owning complex, high-scale platforms prioritizing operational excellence, reliability, and monetization.
- Strong leadership ability in ambiguous, fast-changing environments balancing short- and long-term goals.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering on complex systems, backlog ownership, and sprint execution.
- Success collaborating across Programmatic, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Strong prioritization, decision-making skills under pressure, and excellent communication for diverse audiences.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills using data to guide prioritization and strategy.
- Experience representing companies externally and staying current on market trends and emerging technologies.
