- Define the mobile app vision and strategy, focusing on Credit Cards and scalable architecture.
- Build and lead a high-performing mobile app development team.
- Act with autonomy to influence customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own and champion the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Define the MVP and prioritize features delivering maximum value quickly.
- Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and user research for innovation opportunities.
- Establish and pursue key product metrics relentlessly.
Team Building & Leadership
- Design and create an optimal mobile app development team (iOS, Android, Backend integration).
- Lead, coach, and mentor the team fostering high performance and customer obsession.
Execution & Delivery
- Oversee product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization.
- Monitor core KPIs rigorously in real time.
- Manage external agencies/contractors ensuring quality, security, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Marketing for integration and Go-To-Market success.
- Ensure adherence to security, regulatory compliance, and performance standards using native technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive Product Management experience with 2+ years on native mobile app development (iOS/Android).
- Experience launching mobile apps from concept to market.
- Proven leadership in building and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to define metrics and drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Technical foundation for collaboration with engineers and partners.
- Bonus: FinTech or Payments sector experience and familiarity with scaling mobile apps and App Store ratings.
