About the Role

  • Own the end-to-end success of strategic customers' AI journeys.
  • Lead discovery to identify transformative AI use cases.
  • Design and ship AI agents handling thousands of workflows daily.
  • Build, deploy, and scale solutions to change how enterprises work.
  • Collaborate closely with forward-deployed engineers on technical execution.

You will

  • Lead discovery, build & ship production AI agents:
    • Conduct use case discovery for high-value AI opportunities.
    • Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents on Glean's platform.
    • Partner with engineers to prototype and deploy custom solutions.
    • Write and test prompt logic, configure agent behaviors, iterate based on data.
  • Own strategic customer relationships:
    • Take full accountability for customer outcomes from discovery to scaled adoption.
    • Serve as trusted AI advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
    • Drive measurable business impact and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Shape Glean's product direction:
    • Provide customer insights guiding long-term product roadmap.
    • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to prioritize features.
    • Represent Glean externally via presentations and thought leadership.

About you

  • 5+ years experience blending business and technology in customer-facing roles.
  • Deep technical acumen including AI agent architectures and coding (Python, SQL, etc.).
  • Builder mentality with proven delivery of solutions driving measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
  • Strong product sense and user empathy.
  • Operational excellence in managing complex projects.
  • Comfort in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical degree (CS, Engineering, Math) or MBA from a top program.
  • Experience at leading consulting, tech, or investment firms.
  • Industry experience in automotive, manufacturing, industrials, retail, financial services, telecom, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of technology adoption in large organizations.
  • Data analysis skills including defining metrics and iterating on feedback.

Location

  • This role is hybrid with 3-4 days a week in the NYC office.
  • Travel 25-50% expected.
