Hi! ๐ Rosa here - Iโm cofounder and Head of Product at Rupa Health (series A, fast-growing health tech co). Weโre looking for a high-autonomy, entrepreneurial Product Manager to come build customer-facing products at Rupa for healthcare practitioners and their patients. We believe in high-ownership product managers who operate like business owners - owning an entire roadmap end to end and shipping product all the way from strategy through to the nitty gritty details of a marketing launch (some describe this kind of role as a โGMโ type role).
At Rupa, weโre on a mission to bring root-cause medicine to every person on the planet (more about this below). We do this by building software products for healthcare practitioners and their patients to enable people get to the root-cause of health conditions - specifically through advanced specialty lab testing.

Day to day ๐โโ๏ธ
- Weโre looking for an experienced Product Manager to be responsible for Rupaโs Core Product. This is the lab ordering platform, and includes the practitioner and patient-facing surface areas
- Our goal right now is to increase our GMV by deepening Rupaโs PMF in our core customer segments - small telehealth clinics and multi-practitioner clinics
- The North Star for this role is to create the #1 lab experience in the world. Youโll be driving forward the roadmap for our patient- and practitioner-facing products and working closely with an in-house engineering team

- A human & understandable version of blood reports, showing optimal ranges for each biomarker based on a patientโs age and gender
- A way for practitioners to create blood panels and see the best prices possible from our different lab partners (think: Google Flights for lab testing!)

- Youโll be working with a dedicated pod of in-house engineers (US. based) and a dedicated Product Designer, on everything from creating the roadmap to shipping tickets and handling product launches
- This is a hybrid role based in SF - weโre looking for someone with the ability to work in person 3 days a week at our SF site
- This role reports directly to our co-founder Rosa

Salary ๐ฐ
Our base range for this role is $170-220k (but weโre prioritizing finding the right candidate โ so if youโre outside this band, letโs chat). Our comp package consists of equity, salary, and a variety of other benefits including an annual learning & development stipend, a work from home stipend, and a lab testing benefit!
