Role Overview
- Run intake-to-roadmap loop for Enterprise AI Enablement: capture use cases, clarify scope/ownership, and shape opportunities into well-defined epics and user stories.
- Prioritize initiatives using strategic models focusing on measurable time savings and adoption.
- Maintain backlog hygiene ensuring readiness for AI engineering and release notes for users.
- Work with IT Ops, Procurement, and Security to reduce tool sprawl and close compliance gaps.
- Define baseline and success metrics; support quarterly impact reporting.
- Coordinate delivery of production-grade AI workflows and support change management for adoption.
- Contribute to organization-wide AI fluency by partnering on enablement assets.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Product roles working with cross-functional teams on internal tools, platforms, or automation/workflow products.
- Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), including user story creation and prioritization.
- Ability to partner with technical teams and translate complexity into clear tradeoffs and outcomes.
- Experience using data and success metrics for prioritization and iteration.

Compensation
- Salary zones in the United States range between $107,000 and $150,000 depending on geographic location and qualifications.
- Eligible for company-wide performance bonus program.
