Responsibilities
- Craft and execute innovative strategies to streamline contracting and post-booking journey.
- Transform manual workflows into scalable, productized solutions.
- Partner with Groups Contracting, Group Support, RevOps, and Engineering to identify bottlenecks and align priorities.
- Own vision and roadmap for automating post-booking processes, enhancing tools including AI integration.
- Monitor and interpret KPIs to make recommendations improving customer and partner service.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in product management or tooling-focused roles, preferably post-booking or post-sale workflows.
- Ability to solve complex manual processes into scalable product experiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like operations, contracting, support, and RevOps.
- Data-driven decision-making skills focused on cycle times, productivity, and cost to serve.
- Bonus: Built or optimized internal/admin tools or exposed to AI-driven workflows.
- Proactive mindset with hands-on approach to design solutions enhancing efficiency and revenue capture.
