Role Overview

  • Own two critical pods within the Demand cluster: Acquisition and Conversion.
  • Acquisition Pod focuses on user discovery via SEO, AI discovery, paid marketing, and partnerships.
  • Conversion Pod optimizes the booking funnel to maximize conversion, revenue, and user intent capture.
  • Drive demand growth efficiently by improving traffic quality and conversion performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the Demand product surface, balancing between acquisition and conversion to maximize GMV impact.
  • Lead Acquisition Pod, enhancing discovery through SEO, AI/search, paid landing pages, and partnerships.
  • Lead Conversion Pod, managing CRO initiatives on web and mobile, including landing pages and checkout using experimentation.
  • Translate growth strategy into tactical, data-informed product initiatives to improve acquisition and conversion.
  • Partner with SEO, marketing, and demand partnerships to build scalable landing page infrastructure and localized city-specific funnels.
  • Define and execute experimentation roadmaps such as A/B and multivariate tests to improve funnel performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to ship fast and validate hypotheses.
  • Analyze user behavior and booking intent to identify friction and opportunities in the funnel.
  • Improve geospatial and location-aware experiences, especially near transit hubs and for high-intent search behaviors.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Manager in growth-focused roles with ownership of acquisition and conversion outcomes.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRO, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, discovery mechanics, and experience partnering with SEO/content or engineering teams.
  • Comfortable with full-funnel metrics including traffic, activation, conversion, and GMV.
  • High data literacy, able to perform analysis, interpret results, and derive product direction from insights.
  • Experience with maps-based or location-centric UX is a strong plus, especially in travel, local services, or marketplace environments.
  • Structured, pragmatic, outcome-driven, autonomous yet collaborative across teams.
  • Passion for shaping how millions of travelers discover and book, building scalable demand systems globally.
